Professional Driver Profile Testing
This profile test was designed and developed to scientific standards and will provide employers with an unbiased judgment of an applicant's probability to succeed as a professional driver according to responses provided by the applicant on the test. This test was funded by a national insurer of commercial vehicles operators and is a web-based program. Tests are taken online and automatically scored, with the results available immediately to employers. Are you prepared for the media? Your entire organization should have a plan to respond to catastrophic events. Everyone should know what to do and when to do it. Responsibilities should be assigned to specific people within the organization so that there is no duplication or omission of effort. This manual provides a detailed outline of how to plan for and manage catastrophic events if they occur. It offers guidelines and suggestions towards who should be responsible for activities, what to consider when communicating with the media, and how to manage the information that will be assembled as a result of the accident. Commercial Vehicle Preventable Accident Manual This manual identifies types of accidents and provides suggestions towards changes in policies, procedures, maintenance practices and training programs. School Bus Driver Instruction Program
An instructor's guide in providing training to school bus drivers. The curriculum includes training materials concerning school bus driver roles and responsibilities, passenger control, accidents and emergencies, bus maintenance and inspection and driving fundamentals. This instructional program was funded by the United States Department of Transportation/National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Motorcoach Driver Training Curriculum
A complete and comprehensive curriculum to train entry level motorcoach drivers. The curriculum includes an instructor's manual, a student manual, and a complete set of "white copy" transparencies. This curriculum was funded by the Federal Highway Administration's Office of Motor Carriers and is available on floppy disc or in hard copy form. The Professional Driving Course for Truck/Motorcoach Operators The Professional Driver Series has been developed by Daecher Consulting Group and SPS Enterprises. These programs are available in VHS format and Interactive CD-ROM format, and have been developed with the operator in mind. Critical areas for learning are included in each program. The series of training programs provide a solid foundation for preparing a person to operate the motorcoach of today, or to refresh experienced drivers in the basic critical information necessary to continue to drive efficiently and safely.
